At Noli Timere, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned including:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Matthewjordan707@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
